Personally, nothing helps me relax more than getting creative and the only thing better, is getting creative with amazing women.
This is what led me to creating The Bellarine Creators Club in June 2022- an inclusive space to create, laugh and share on a regular basis.
I need it and with over 40 women of different ages, backgrounds and abilities coming together across the bellarine and Geelong on a weekly basis, it seems I’m not alone!
We have a ball and the conversations are so
varied it’s incredible.

You need NO special abilities or creative flair for this.
All you need is to want more fun and connection in your life!
Women. Need. Women.
We don’t need to be best friends with everyone but we do need connection, support and people who ‘get it!’
Throw in some creativity and colour and it’s pure magic!
For some of us, it is our outlet.
For others, it’s ‘our’ place to reconnect and let go!
One thing we have all learnt is that when women of different ages, abilities and backgrounds get together, magic happens.
We share, we support, we lift, we learn, we find comfort and we thrive.
I am not an artist, a therapist or a teacher but my ADHD brain is passionate about trying new things and helping others feel the benefits of creativity whilst connecting with others all in a safe space where they be themselves.
Creativity is a hugely undervalued and powerful source of support when it comes to managing your mental well being and should you have funding, I can invoice NDIS directly, making things even easier.
Personally, getting creative has been a game changer in helping me manage my own mental health struggles which is why I am so passionate about sharing it!
Did you know that just 10 minutes of creativity a day helps reduce stress and anxiety and causes the release of dopamine, the happy hormone!?
As you let go and unwind your will also begin to connect more with yourself and those around you. The benefits are endless.
Whether you consider yourself a ‘creative type’ or not is irrelevant. We all have it in us.
These sessions are all about letting go and enjoying the process and therefore
NO CREATIVITY IS REQUIRED.
⭐️The price for the term includes all materials, a variety of exciting projects.
Sessions are held on:
MONDAYS 19:00-21:00 in Leopold
TUESDAYS 19:00-21:00 in Clifton Springs
THURSDAYS 10:00-12:00 at my shop in Creative Geelong (Little Malop Street)
If you miss a class, you can attend one of the others. Alternatively projects will be kept for you.
Over the term we will work on a number of creations as I guide you through a range of activities using a variety of different mediums.
I will also introduce you to the magic of art journalling and show you how there is NO right or wrong way to get creative.
☕️ Tea and coffee is provided for morning sessions and for the evenings, feel free to bring something a little stronger! 🍷 🍵

I’m not an artist. Im not a teacher.
But this isn’t about teaching.
This is about holding space.
Space for freedom.
Space for experiments.
Space to play.
Space to connect.
This isn’t an art class teaching the right and wrong and best way to do things.
This isn’t even about producing beautiful art.
This is about the relaxed, fun, and explorative process of creating and connecting.
Use these skills later at home, or don’t.
It’s never about the outcome but rather the unwinding you do in the process.
The purpose is to encourage you to get into the habit of using creativity and as an outlet to express emotions and manage overall mental wellbeing.
