Product Returns
In order to process an exchange or refund, please contact me with the following information:
A photograph of the item with a description of the fault
Proof of purchase i.e. order number

Return requests must be within 30 days from receipt of order.
Wishart Creative does not provide exchanges or refunds for change of mind and reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the order does not meet this return policy.
Faults
I take great care to double check all items myself before posting. If there is a fault with your piece, I will process an exchange or refund. Tarnishing may occur over long term use depending on the material used. This as well as general wear and tear is not considered a fault.
Classes
Wishart Creative is not obligated to provide refunds for cancellations, withdrawals, or missed classes.
A class requires a minimum number of attendants to go ahead so any cancellation may mean the class is unable to go ahead therefore causing other participants to miss out. It could also result in another person missing out on taking the spot.
